Now that your new paver installation is complete. It’s time to keep them looking fresh and new with a little maintenance.

Paver sealing is imperative to the integrity and radiance of pavers. The dye and pigments start to lose color and deteriorating from the sun’s UV light. This is especially the case in Florida. You’ve invested. Make it last, protect your pavers!

How long should I wait before sealing my pavers?
We recommend sealing 30-60 days after paver installation. This will allow the elements to remove any imperfect elements and construction debris. By day 60 your pavers are ready to be sealed.

What types of Paver Sealer does Kingdom Pavers Use?
We use a polymeric sand blend of special additives designed to fill the joints between natural stones, concrete pavers, and brick pavers. With proper preparation, this polymeric jointing sand has the potential to reduce weed growth, resist rain washout, and help prevent insect penetration. Upgrading to this sand will save thousands of dollars in the future since you will avoid having to re-sand yearly. The sand is available in a variety of colors that you can choose from.

The sealer is available in matte/natural finish, semi-gloss finish, and Wet-Look/High gloss finish.
